RENTAL POLICY
Welcome to Buckhead Exotic Rentals LLC. Our goal is to provide a seamless, luxury rental experience backed by professionalism, transparency, and the white-glove service that defines the Buckhead standard.
Please review the following Rental Policy carefully before reserving or operating any vehicle.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
All renters and additional drivers must be at least 25 years old unless otherwise approved in writing by Buckhead Exotic Rentals LLC.
All drivers must:
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Meet insurance requirements
• Be approved before operating the vehicle
Buckhead Exotic Rentals LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any rental at its sole discretion.
NO SECURITY DEPOSIT
Buckhead Exotic Rentals LLC does not require a traditional security deposit for approved renters.
However, renters remain fully financially responsible for:
• Vehicle damages
• Smoking violations
• Excess mileage
• Fuel charges
• Cleaning fees
• Tolls and traffic violations
• Loss-of-use charges
• Late return fees
• Recovery or towing costs
• Any unpaid balances owed under the rental agreement
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
All renters must maintain valid full coverage automobile insurance including:
• Liability coverage
• Collision coverage
• Comprehensive coverage
Insurance must be transferable to the rented vehicle and acceptable to Buckhead Exotic Rentals LLC.
Insurance will be verified before vehicle release. If coverage cannot be verified, the reservation may be denied or canceled.
Buckhead Exotic Rentals LLC does not provide or sell insurance coverage unless otherwise stated in writing.
DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
A valid driver’s license must be presented at the time of rental and remain valid throughout the rental period.
International renters must provide:
• A valid driver’s license from their home country
• An International Driving Permit if applicable
An International Driving Permit alone is not sufficient to rent a vehicle.
PAYMENT POLICY
Accepted payment methods include:
• Major credit cards
• Approved debit cards
• ACH transfers
• Bank wires
• Other approved electronic payment methods
By reserving or operating a vehicle, the renter authorizes Buckhead Exotic Rentals LLC to charge any valid payment method on file for:
• Rental charges
• Additional rental time
• Damages
• Fuel charges
• Smoking fees
• Mileage overages
• Tolls and tickets
• Cleaning charges
• Administrative fees
• Recovery costs
• Loss-of-use charges
• Any unpaid balance owed under the rental agreement
VEHICLE CONDITION & INSPECTION
All vehicles are inspected before and after each rental.
Renters are encouraged to document the vehicle condition prior to departure, including:
• Exterior condition
• Interior condition
• Wheels and tires
• Fuel level
• Mileage
• Existing damage or warning lights
By taking possession of the vehicle, the renter acknowledges the vehicle has been accepted in satisfactory condition.
FUEL POLICY
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level provided at delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to return the vehicle with the required fuel level may result in:
• A $100 fuel service fee
• Additional refueling costs if applicable
SMOKING POLICY
All vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
Smoking includes:
• Cigarettes
• Cigars
• Marijuana
• Vapes
• E-cigarettes
• Hookah
• Smoke odor, ash, residue, or burn marks
Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking violation fee plus any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, repair, or loss-of-use charges.
MILEAGE POLICY
Mileage limits may apply depending on the vehicle reserved.
Any mileage exceeding the approved rental allowance must be paid upon return and may be charged to the payment method on file.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
Additional authorized drivers may be added upon approval.
All additional drivers must:
• Meet age requirements
• Present a valid driver’s license
• Meet insurance requirements
• Be approved by Buckhead Exotic Rentals LLC
Additional Driver Fee:
$50 per day per approved additional driver unless otherwise agreed in writing.
RENTAL PERIOD & LATE RETURNS
All rentals are billed in 24-hour rental periods unless otherwise agreed.
A one-hour grace period is provided for all rentals.
Late returns beyond the grace period may result in:
• Hourly late fees
• Additional rental day charges
• Vehicle recovery action if necessary
Unauthorized late returns may be charged up to two (2) times the standard daily rental rate.
DELIVERY & RETURN
Customers may pick up vehicles from our office or request delivery service.
Delivery and pickup services are available throughout Georgia and select surrounding states, subject to:
• Availability
• Staffing
• Scheduling
• Delivery fees

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
Vehicles may not leave the State of Georgia without prior written approval from Buckhead Exotic Rentals LLC.
Unauthorized out-of-state travel may result in:
• Additional charges
• Immediate termination of the rental
• Vehicle recovery
• Additional legal remedies where permitted
TOLLS, TICKETS & VIOLATIONS
The renter is responsible for:
• Tolls
• Parking tickets
• Traffic citations
• Speeding tickets
• Camera violations
• Impound fees
• Towing fees
Buckhead Exotic Rentals LLC may charge an administrative processing fee of up to $250 per violation in addition to the original amount owed.
WHEEL, TIRE & UNDERCARRIAGE DAMAGE
The renter is fully responsible for:
• Wheel damage
• Rim damage
• Tire damage
• Splitter damage
• Suspension damage
• Undercarriage damage
• Alignment damage
This includes curb rash, pothole damage, blowouts, and road hazard damage regardless of fault.
CLEANING POLICY
Vehicles must be returned in reasonably clean condition.
Excessive dirtiness may result in detailing or cleaning charges starting at $250.
This includes:
• Excessive trash
• Stains
• Sand
• Glitter
• Pet hair
• Food waste
• Spills
• Smoke residue
• Mud
• Bodily fluids
• Vomit
PROHIBITED USE
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Racing
• Track driving
• Burnouts
• Drifting
• Donuts
• Reckless driving
• Illegal activity
• Driving under the influence
• Rideshare or commercial use
• Unauthorized commercial filming
• Subleasing
• Unsafe or abusive operation
Violation may result in immediate termination of the rental and vehicle recovery.
GPS & VEHICLE MONITORING
Vehicles may contain GPS tracking, telematics, speed monitoring, and security systems for:
• Theft prevention
• Fleet protection
• Compliance
• Vehicle recovery
Tampering with monitoring systems is strictly prohibited.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental start time may qualify for account credit or rescheduling depending on the reservation.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time may result in charges up to one full rental day plus applicable fees.
Special event bookings, holiday reservations, custom packages, chauffeur services, and promotional reservations may be subject to separate cancellation terms.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed after the vehicle has been returned and the rental has been fully reviewed.
Depending on the financial institution or payment processor, refunds may take up to 10 business days to post.
