The renter is required to provide proof of an active full coverage insurance policy. This policy must include collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage, and it must extend to the rental vehicle.

Yes, Buckhead Exotic Rentals does require a security deposit however, ours is among the lowest in the market. Once the vehicle is returned, an on-site inspection will be conducted to assess for any damages, fuel levels, or cleanliness issues. The deposit is fully refundable, minus any applicable charges.

Yes, you may add up to two additional drivers to your rental agreement. All additional drivers must be present at the time of vehicle pickup and must provide a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, along with the primary renter.

Each rental includes 150 miles per day. Additional mileage will incur an extra fee, which varies by vehicle. For exact pricing, feel free to contact us directly.

The rental vehicle may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in criminal activity, transporting illegal substances or weapons, participating in street racing or reckless driving, or using the vehicle in any manner that violates local, state, or federal law.

Additionally, out-of-state travel is not permitted without prior written approval from Buckhead Exotic Rentals. Unauthorized travel outside the state of Georgia may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, forfeiture of the security deposit, and additional penalties.

A 1-hour grace period is provided after the scheduled return time. After this period, a $100 fee will be charged for each additional hour, up to the full daily rental rate.

All vehicles in the Buckhead Exotic Rentals fleet are equipped with GPS tracking devices. These systems are used to monitor vehicle location, mileage, and usage in real time. GPS data helps us ensure vehicle safety, prevent unauthorized use, and support recovery efforts in the event of theft or misuse. Tampering with or disabling the GPS system is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the rental agreement and loss of the security deposit.

Must report all traffic violations upon return, unreported violations will incur an additional $100 charge, on top of any toll or ticket violations.
